We are looking for new tenant(s) to this bright fully furnished and equipped apartment in the fourth floor for a flexible period ranging from a week to a full year and over in Neljäs linja Kallio, Helsinki. This neat and tidy studio accommodates from two to four persons thanks to an extendable sofa-bed as well as enables remote working due to the workstation and wifi included. The apartment comes as fully equipped, from wine glasses to the washing machine – and if anything is missing we will bring it to you without a further a due nor any extra cost. The park-like inner yard brings the cosiness into the apartment and let’s the tenants to enjoy outside without being disturbed by the noises of the city. The inner yard as a bbq and some parking spots that did not have any queue on them at the time of writing this ad. The tenant needs to wait for an open spot though. There is a possibility to get a regular sauna shift for 20€ per week.
