  • The check-in is at 16:00.

    The check-out is at 11:00. Please leave the apartment in a good condition and be on time, as we have to prepare the apartment for the next guest. Simply leave the key on the table, shut the door behind you and we will take care of the rest.

  • I’m afraid not, as we want to make sure that the apartment is nice and clean for you. We recommend leaving your luggage at the Helsinki Central Railway Station’s luggage storage cabinets if you’d like to explore Helsinki while you wait for your check-in time.

    Key pick-up from a convenience store called R-kioski, at the Helsinki Central Railway Station. Simply go inside the store and ask the personnel for a WeHost key under your name. Prepare to show ID.

    When picking up the key the name on your reservation must match the name on your passport as it is written in the Latin alphabet. If some else is collecting the key please provide their details. Due to security reasons R-Kioski can only give out the key if the name of the receiver matches their official identification document.

    [Check-in after 23.00]

    If you wish to check-in after 23.00 (after R-kioski closes), please let us know at least 1 day before your check-in. You may pick up the key from a lockbox nearby our office building. Please contact us and will give you instructions.

  • Helsinki is gorgeous, well-known for it’s nature and old buildings. We recommend to go on foot and explore the amazing stores and buildings in the streets of Helsinki City Centre. We at WeHost especially love the areas Punavuori, Eira, Ullanlinna and Kruunuhaka.   • All our housekeepers will get all items left at the apartment to our Customer Service team, whom will contact you, if they can identify the owner of the forgotten item. Please contact the Customer Service team to get your items returned to you, as soon as you notice, that you have forgotten something at the apartment.

  • The garbage bins are usually located near the building, either in the backyard or next to the building you can find a small building with the bins. In case you cannot find the garbage bins, you can leave the garbage at the apartment next to the door. Thank you for recycling!

  • Sorry, our apartments are located in residential buildings and therefore are not suitable for parties. Please respect the neighbors and keep the noise level low. Thank you for understanding.
