The monthly rent includes water, electricity, fast wifi and hotel grade linens and towels. To all leases less than 6 months in length, a 14% VAT will be added to the monthly price.

Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, as well as basic kitchen utensils inside apartment and in your use free of charge.
