Apartment includes a washing machine and a dishwasher. A large walk-in closet is also included, though not pictured. Multiple tram stops in a few minute walking distance from the apartment. Electricity is billed separately.

Kaartinkaupunki is a peaceful and charming neighborhood within walking distance of the shoreline, Market Square, Esplanadi Park, and central Helsinki. The area offers a variety of cozy cafes, restaurants, and unique shops, providing an idyllic setting for city living.
