Housekeeping and maintenance

  • Our Housekeepers will clean your apartment between reservations

  • The apartment will be inspected thoroughly

  • We will also handle small maintenance tasks agreed separately

Apartment owner responsibilities

  • The apartment must be furnished and fully equipped

  • All the home appliances must be working

  • Water, electricity and internet paid by the owner

Personal use of the apartment

  • Right to use own apartment free of charge

  • WeHost will open the sales dynamically upon a request

  • WeHost requests approval for long-stay tenants

Sales and marketing

  • Best in class styling and photographing of your apartment

  • Your apartment will be live within three days of the photography

  • Our network includes our corporate partners, Oikotie, Vuokraovi and 200+ short-term sales channels

Customer service

  • You can reach us 24/7 in emergencies

  • We will handle all communication with the guests

  • We will handle small issues ourselves

Tenants

  • Mostly corporate guests but also private persons

  • Corporates need temporary housing to their professionals

  • Private persons need temporary housing due to e.g. renovations

Payments to owners

  • We collect the payments on behalf of you

  • We will take care of the value added tax to the government

  • We share a monthly report of the rentals to you

Furnishing service

  • We provide a furnishing plan free of charge

  • After agreeing on the budget we will handle the ordering

  • We will put everything together and style the apartment for photos
