The French balcony, a workstation for remote work, a sauna in the building, own parking spot in the parking hall downstairs, and inclusive services around the neighborhood will guarantee a convenient stay also for longer term. Own dishwasher and washing machine inside apartment. Your own parking spot in the basement costs 150€/month.
