To all leases less than 6 months in length, a 14% VAT will be added to the monthly price. The monthly prices include water, electricity, internet, linens, and towels.

We are looking for new tenant(s) for a flexible period ranging from a week to a year and over for this newly built (2018) and spacious remote work friendly fully furnished and equipped 1BR apartment with its own balcony. This furnished apartment is located in the peaceful Vermonniitty neighbourhood right next to Leppävaara in Espoo. The tram 15 (“Raide-Jokeri”) stop is located just 150 meters away from the apartment. The tram will take you to the Leppävaara train station and Sello shopping center in just 4 minutes and to the Aalto University campus / Otaniemi in 17 minutes. The commute to Helsinki Central Railway station is just 25 minutes.
