To all leases less than 6 months in length, a 14% VAT will be added to the monthly price. The monthly prices include electricity, water, internet, linens, and towels.

We are looking for new tenants for a flexible period of time ranging from a week to a year to this spacious and furnished 1-bedroom apartment with two living rooms, a convertible sofa bed and a balcony right next to the Lauttasaari metro station. The apartment is fully equipped to accommodate tenants either for longer or shorter term.

Lauttasaari is a green and peaculy seaside neighbourhood only two metro stops away from Kamppi and Keilaniemi.

Our office team, in-house housekeepers and maintenance staff will make sure that you will enjoy your stay from the beginning to the end.
