The monthly rent includes water, electricity, wifi, and hotel grade linens and towels. To all contract less than 6 months in length a 14% VAT will be added on top.

The apartment building has lobby service and is attached to the shopping mall Redi with direct elevator access to both the shopping mall and the Kalasatama metro station. Fast internet access and remote workstation, smart TV, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine enable a comfortable living for both longer and shorter periods of time. On top of that you have access to the building's amazing sauna section and roof top terrace. We make flexible contracts from 1 week to 2 years.

Kalasatama is a young and trendy neighbourhood by the shore with good public transportation connect to both Pasila, Eastern-Helsinki as well as to the Centrum. The shopping mall Redi with tons of restaurants and services, and the Kalasatama metro station are located right next to the apartment.
