The monthly rent includes water, electricity, wifi, and hotel grade linens and towels. To all contract less than 6 months in length a 14% VAT will be added on top.

We are looking for a new tenant to a furnished top-floor 2-bedroom apartment located in the highly valued Huvilakatu street in Ullanlinna, Helsinki. The apartment is well-equipped with two 160 cm wide double beds, a smart-tv, washing machine, dishwasher, as well as a remote-friendly work station. The apartment is fully equipped and furnished as in photos.

Ullanlinna is both a peaceful and idyllic neighborhood in southern Helsinki only a walking distance from the shore and a few tram or bus stops away from the central Helsinki. From the area, you can find various cozy cafes and restaurants as well as different stores.
