The monthly price includes the 14% VAT. From June 2025 onwards, the price increases to 2400€/month and from September onwards 2500€/month.

We are looking for tenants for a flexible length of stay to a furnished and magical property on an island located near Helsinki centrum, Uunisaari. Uunisaari is located in front of Eiranranta, approximately 50 meters from the shore. There is a boat operating between the island and the shore. You can also travel with your own boat.

This 105m2 attic apartment is fully furnished and equipped to serve both families, couples, company employees as well as group of friends for temporary or longer term needs. The master bedroom comes with a 160 cm wide FLY bed, as in the living room there is not only a 180 cm wide Familon, but also three times a 90 cm wide extendable chair bed Vallentuna. Therefore this apartment accommodates up to seven guests.

At the end of the dining table, there is a large television that serves as a display to enable having meetings or conference days with your team.

The workstations located in the hallway and in the living room enable delving into even longer-term remote working on an island.

Uunisaari is a pleasant recreational outdoor area in front of Kaivopuisto and Ullanlinna Helsinki. You will find a restaurant, sauna, and a beach from the island. You can also access the neighbourhood island via a bridge and find a few more restaurants from there.
